At Kunstkartel, 100% of the items are only produced after you have placed an order. This means you will not receive a product that has been in a warehouse for a long time. We produce our paintings and other works of art especially for you!

Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping for all our artworks to the Netherlands and Belgium, with a delivery time of 5 to 8 working days for our plexiglass and dibond paintings.

Our canvas paintings are delivered within 1-3 working days.

And our oyster lists within 2 to 4 working days.

As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately schedule your artwork for production and prepare it for you with the utmost care. When your painting is ready for shipment, we will notify you and you will receive a track & trace link from our carrier.

Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. That is why we offer you the opportunity to hang our art on your wall for 14 days without obligation.

At KunstKartel we attach great importance to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the painting and would like to return it, please contact us at customerservice@kunstkartel.nl to register your return. The costs for returning our paintings are at your own expense. It is possible to have us collect your return shipment for a fee of €49.95 per painting. The costs will be deducted from the return amount. So easy and without worries.

It is also possible to exchange the painting for a different size, material and/or image. The costs for a change are 49.95 per painting.

After receiving your return shipment, you will receive the full order amount back within 14 days.

Please return the package in the original packaging. To prevent any damage.

The following conditions apply to returns:

• The item is undamaged and scratch-free.
• The article is complete.
• The item is in the original packaging.
• The item is not custom-made.
• The article has not been modified by yourself or others.

If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse or charge for returned items if it is suspected that the items have been damaged through no fault of our own.

After 30 days, we are no longer legally obliged to accept returns.

TO TAKE MORE INTO ACCOUNT:

- Please do not return a product without first contacting our customer service team.

- Unfortunately it is not possible to take back custom work. This applies to all different sizes that are not listed on our website, and changes to original prints. This also applies to custom-made prints (for example a Photoshop assignment or your own input).

- Sizes from 100x150cm and larger can only be returned by courier, you can use our returns service for this. The costs for this are: 49.95, but you are of course always free to choose a return service yourself.

- Packages smaller than 100x150 can be returned via PostNL, DHL, DPD, MyParcel.

- Returns must be returned insured in the original packaging.

Injury:

At KunstKartel we check our products very thoroughly before we carefully package them and send them to our customers. We only ship our products when we can guarantee the quality and the product meets both our and your expectations. We understand that it can be tempting to open a product quickly and carelessly out of enthusiasm. However, we ask that you inspect the package before opening it and avoid sharp objects or materials such as rings, watches or zippers, as this may cause damage. We are strict about this because of our strict quality control before shipment.
