WHY IS PLEXIGLAS ART CHEAPER ELSE?

At Kunstkartel, 100% of the items are only produced after you have placed an order. As a result, you will not receive a product that has been in a warehouse for a long time or that has a batch in between. This ensures that we can offer our products at a lower price compared to the well-known galleries. We produce our paintings and other works of art especially for you! In addition, we see that there are providers who offer plexiglass art cheaper, this is mainly due to the reduced quality of the material and printers. This is expressed in less bright prints and the durability of the product. The work may therefore discolour more quickly or warp over time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIPPING MY PACKAGE?

Our delivery time is normally 5-8 working days from the date of order. Our goal is to have your order printed and prepared for shipment within 2 - 4 days. However, sometimes it can take 1-2 days longer due to the carrier's busy schedule. Naturally, we strive for the best results.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY PRINT SECURELY?

At KunstKartel we know how special your work is. That is why we pay a lot of attention to safe, efficient and protected delivery. Firstly, we carefully cover your work with bubble wrap, eliminating the danger of scratches or creases. Packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. Once sealed, our efficient shipping team will ship your order, ensuring your painting is delivered both on time and safely.

NB! Have you ordered a painting and will you receive it at home? A protective film is attached to the plexiglass paintings, giving the entire painting a blue glow. You need to remove this protective film

HOW DO I FIX MY PAINTING

An aluminum frame is attached to the back of the painting. It gives a luxurious and floating effect and is easy to attach with 2 plugs and screws. Drill the screws with the plugs into the wall and hang the frame on it. HOW DO I ORDER FROM KUNSTKARTEL?

Have you found something beautiful? Fine! You can place your order in just a few clicks.

Step 1 shopping cart: Place your item(s) in your shopping cart.

Step 2 details: Enter your personal details (if you are already logged in, skip this step). In the next step, check whether your address is correct.

Step 3 payment: Choose your payment method at the cash register. We only show you the payment methods that are relevant to you. Do you have a gift card or discount code? You can redeem it here. Do you pay with iDeal? Don't forget to click on 'Complete payment' after your payment. After this you can view the confirmation of your order.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. An account, on the other hand, is useful for a possible next purchase so that you immediately have all the information at hand.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR INVOICE?

Would you like to make an adjustment to a design from our permanent collection? This is possible by emailing your wishes to customerservice@kunstkartel.nl or sending us a Whats-app message. View our Shipping & Returns page for the adjusted return conditions.

DAMAGE AFTER RECEIVING PAINTING

We do our utmost to pack the painting as well as possible and ship it securely. But it is possible always damage may occur during shipping. If you have any damage, please send us clear photos of the damage, the packaging and the shipping label by email and we will deliver a new painting free of charge.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

If you change your mind about your purchase, we would ask that you cancel the order within one hour of purchase. This can be done by telephone on 085 060 7870. Keep your order number and details at hand. After an hour, the order has often already been put into effect.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We currently do not have a physical showroom where you can view the paintings.

We currently work exclusively with an online webshop.

However, we understand that it is important to experience a painting in your own environment before making a decision. That is why we always offer you the option to hang the painting for a 14-day trial period.

This allows you to view the painting in peace and assess whether it meets your expectations. If for any reason the painting does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days.
